The location was convenient. It was a short walk to local shops.
The room decor was outdated and the carpet felt unpleasant underfoot. The toilet was set EXTREMELY low, quite uncomfortable. the early check-out time was inconvenient. Most places offer a later check-out.

the room was clean and quite spacious. i found the wifi access reliable and fast. the staff accommodated an early check-in and upgraded my room. also, there is free car parking available, which i appreciated.
the early check-out time was slightly inconvenient, as most places offer an 11 am departure.

The location offers convenient access to public transport. Reading station is approximately 10 minutes away by foot. i saw several shops and cafes at the end of the road, providing options for meals and quick necessities. the hotel is a little removed from the town centre, providing calm.

The reception was excellent, with friendly staff. i found the room very clean. it featured a very comfortable bed. The price offered great value for money. off street parking was available. Very useful.
The decor felt a bit outdated. The carpet looked worn.

outdated decorhard floor
i found the decor to be quite outdated. the carpet was not pleasant underfoot because of the very hard floor underneath. also, the toilet was set very low, not ideal.

I loved the thoughtful touch of a fan in the room. It was super hot. reception staff are so friendly! the place is spotlessly clean, that is a great point. the bed was very comfy, providing excellent sleep after a long day.
The check out time felt too early. Most places let you stay till 11 am, i would really appreciate that little extra time in the morning.

the room was super clean the bed felt comfortable staff were cute and helpful i appreciated the fan available as it made the room temperature just right i was able to park easily off street. i will come back if i'm in the area again.
the carpet could have been better it didn't feel pleasant to walk on
