A stay with minor issues
wide selection helpful staff broken lift bad air conditioning
The breakfast was good. It had a wide selection of tasteful meals. The staff packed a little breakfast for us to take away. We were leaving very early and did not even ask for it.
The lift was broken. I had to carry our suitcases up multiple flights of stairs. The air conditioning was terrible. I did not sleep well.

a restful stay
clean room natural light convenient location
the staff provided breakfast to take away for my early departure this was thoughtful. the room was clean with natural light making it comfortable. i found the location convenient with the metro a short walk away providing easy access around the city.

Adequate Hotel Experience
convenient location friendly staff public transport noise pollution faulty window draught issue
The hotel was near bus and tram routes. Shops were conveniently located less than 100 yards away. The hotel was also a short walk to the city center, about 15 minutes. The staff at the check-in desk was very friendly.
The hotel is close to the bus and tram terminal so it can be noisy. My window did not close properly, so I could hear the noise. I also felt a draught because of the window.
