A stay with minor issues

The breakfast was good. It had a wide selection of tasteful meals. The staff packed a little breakfast for us to take away. We were leaving very early and did not even ask for it.

The lift was broken. I had to carry our suitcases up multiple flights of stairs. The air conditioning was terrible. I did not sleep well.

The hotel was near bus and tram routes. Shops were conveniently located less than 100 yards away. The hotel was also a short walk to the city center, about 15 minutes. The staff at the check-in desk was very friendly.

The hotel is close to the bus and tram terminal so it can be noisy. My window did not close properly, so I could hear the noise. I also felt a draught because of the window.
