the hotel boasts high ceilings and beautiful architecture. the lobby and bar area are quite lovely. i felt safe due to the good security measures in place.
the breakfast was just average considering the level of the hotel, nothing really stood out

the breakfast buffet offers many choices for all tastes. i saw a picturesque restaurant with art deco decor. there is a bar area that feels like a grand ballroom conversion it had a lovely atmosphere.

the hotel is centrally located providing easy access to city center attractions. a tour bus stops near the corner and it is close to the Congresso. ubers pick up passengers right outside the hotel entrance making transport very convenient.

the staff provided professional and kind service. the reception staff speaks reasonably good english ensuring clear communication. i found them attentive .

the hotel has long winding stairs adding to its charm. there is good security at the entrance with a gate. the building was built in 1910 and had a refurbishment in 2010. the original building features high ceilings.

the building has majestic architecture. the staff was exceedingly helpful. they recommended an authentic restaurant with great food. the hotel had a magnificent feel with charm from a bygone age.
i booked a tour through reception, but the ranch differed from our discussion. there was no english guide provided. the car was overcrowded, without a/c. it was a long and uncomfortable ride.
