fantastic city stay
presented room shopping mall continental options
the hotel room was large and nicely presented with all amenities. it included a safe and television (i felt secure). next to the hotel was a shopping mall with a cinema and supermarket. the breakfast included both hot and continental options.
the noise from outside was problematic for me. i should have investigated the location in more detail, but it did not match the "academic" atmosphere. most of the noise came from a hard-bass restaurant nearby, street noises bothered me.

the staff in every department were helpful and attentive. they provided quick assistance with requests. the reception staff was available 24/7, ready to help with directions and recommendations for local attractions.

fantastic hotel, i'm already planning my return!
underground parking great breakfast friendly staff safe feeling
The location is awesome! it is a short walk to great restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly! i especially loved the underground parking. It felt super safe, even with a fully packed car. breakfast had so many options. It was an amazing start to the day.
I did notice the air conditioning wasn't cooling as much as i would have liked. It was a tad too warm for my liking, but it wasn't a deal-breaker!

spacious room friendly staff
The room was spacious (i had a superior double room). the location was excellent. Everything i wanted to see was within walking distance. the staff was friendly.
The shower was a bit tricky. I wasn't immediately sure how to operate it.
