perfect stay in the city center

the front desk staff and breakfast room staff were very pleasant and professional. the rooms were very clean and a quite adequate size. the location is VERY close to the main square.
I found a small wad of hairs on a towel. they replaced the towels the next morning.

The rooms have HUGE windows that offer a lot of natural light. I could see the street from my room. it was quiet, even though the room faced the street and was located next to a school.

I found the staff very friendly, and they arranged a taxi from the airport for me. pre check-in made everything easy. the hotel communicated excellently before i arrived. It was a good experience.
my room had a view of old buildings, which wasn't the best

The location was great. It was a short walk to the main square, which i liked. bakeries and shops were also very close to the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided everything i needed.
It barely fit one person with luggage.

The air conditioning didn't work. It was really annoying as it was quite warm at the time, and they didn't offer another room. not even a discount!
