the location near the train station was acceptable.
The noise from the nearby railway station kept me up at night. It was pretty constant. several fire alarms also went off, disturbing my sleep. i definitely prepaid for a quieter experience than what i got.

the hotel supplies a new bottle of water and fuze tea daily. kind staff assisted with restaurant reservations. the hotel room features a convenient light to indicate 'do not disturb. ' the hotel is very close to tiburtina station (this is really convenient!), offering bus, train, and metro access.
the air vent in the bathroom ran for hours after the lights were off.

staff members were helpful and helped us a lot. the reception operates around the clock, useful. staff also offered personalized recommendations for attractions.

The breakfast did not meet expectations. It lacked variety. warm food options were scarce. orange juice was also unavailable. i found the housekeeping service cleaned my room before checkout. This was inconvenient.
