central base friendly staff helpful staff
we were happy with the location.. termini station was not far. it was quite central to visit places of interest. staff members were friendly and helpful.
The soundproof is not perfect. I heard neighbors talking.

after fifteen years, returning to this place impressed me again. padal at reception is amazing. his friendliness and proactive resolution of issues significantly improves the experience. daily housekeeping happened impeccably, and breakfast included fresh bread and nice pastries.

stylish design temperature adjustments
The room design was stylish with modern fixtures. i found the bathroom mirror has light controls built into the glass. There's an on and off button and color temperature adjustments!

The location is Really good. It is close to the train station and major attractions. The staff helped with luggage up the stairs. The air conditioning worked very well.

The staff were friendly and very helpful with luggage, assisting guests with carrying bags up the initial set of stairs to the reception area. Breakfast was available and considered good value for money, though I did not partake .

poor wifi staff communication
the ac stayed cool.
the wifi was almost nonexistent in room 303. it barely connected and disconnected frequently. staff communication was lacking, and they seemed unable to understand my concerns or resolve the issue.

poor soundproofing terrible wi-fi
The air conditioning worked great. It was really important during the summer heat.
The Wi-Fi barely worked in the room. It connected then disconnected constantly. This made planning the next day difficult. the soundproofing was terrible. I heard neighbors talking and watching TV half the night and couldn't sleep. It was frustrating.
