Central Location and Birthday Surprises

I stayed in a family room. The hotel surprised me with special attention and little gifts during my 60th birthday dinner. Daily personal "concerts" occurred right outside my window each morning. Street artists played special music. I opened the window to listen.
I found the air conditioning inadequate. The room was never cool. Shower pressure was consistently low. a power cut occurred one night. The hotel had no clear emergency plan.

I liked the location very much. It was close to the colosseum and the forum. the hotel was on a quiet street. There was little traffic. the staff was helpful at all times, i noticed. also, the rooftop bar had great views of the city.
The breakfast selection was limited. It did not fully justify the price.

the location was indeed a highlight. it allowed easy access to several major sites. breakfast on the patio featured a direct view of the forum. i also found the bathroom to be quite spacious.
the mini-bar fridge was a little noisy at night.

the location proved very convenient i could walk to most major sites easily the breakfast on the rooftop was great it offered sensational views the rooftop bar was awesome for enjoying nightcaps and relaxation the beds felt comfortable too
i found that complimentary water was not provided in the rooms which meant i had to pay for it i would have appreciated this small convenience included in the stay to enhance the overall experience

Marco at reception offered really good assistance. Alessio in the rooftop restaurant gave very attentive service. The location allowed easy access to key attractions. I found the hotel to maintain satisfactory cleanliness.
The elevators were somewhat small, accommodating only a few people at a time.

Location is excellent. All major attractions are within easy walking distance. The rooftop bar features sensational views and drinks. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of options. I found staff to be helpful and very friendly.
The elevator is tiny and sometimes requires a wait.
