mixed feelings about this place.
terrible soundproofingmissing cover
I found a couple of things that really bothered me. first, the soundproofing was terrible. i could hear everything from the hallway, like every single conversation. second, the tv remote was missing its battery cover. I am not sure how that happens.

i found the staff to be polite and cute . breakfast was well presented and lovely. they were pretty good, especially when they spotted my birthday from my passport and surprised me with pancakes and a song at breakfast it was a great moment.
i noticed a step in the bathroom that was a bit unexpected. it could catch you off guard if you aren't careful i ran out of hot water one morning.

the room was cosy and very quiet creating a relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was amazing with three different shower options catering to various preferences. everything was clean adding to the overall positive experience.

the hotel booked a cab for us when we wanted to visit the vatican. the location is perfect offering easy access to everything one needs in the city. we walked everywhere with ease due to its central position.

the staff made a fuss over my husband's birthday a very sweet touch. their attentiveness and warmth really stood out making our stay special. they couldn't do enough for us which i greatly appreciated.

I found there wasn't much space to hang clothes in the room and no drawer space either. It, frustrating.
