the staff were friendly and helpful. the shuttle bus service to various locations was convenient. the bar area was nice. there was safe parking available.

the air conditioning was old and did not cool the room effectively. i noticed the furnishings were outdated. the wallpaper was in poor condition and peeling.

the breakfast selection was amazing (i especially liked the fresh pastries!). for our anniversary, we received a lovely surprise of bubbles and snacks. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the clean and quiet environment .

the air conditioning in the first room wasn't very effective, even after it was on for a few hours. luckily, they switched our room, but even the second room wasn't as cool as i'd hoped.

The air conditioning was inadequate, causing considerable discomfort. the temperature in the room remained unpleasantly high. I requested assistance, but the issue was not resolved effectively. i also found the gym lacking essential equipment. there was no bench press. This omission severely limited my workout options.
