gloomy decorationstale smell
the breakfast was not included and i had to pay extra it was a surprise i did not like. the bedroom also felt gloomy its decoration lacked brightness. i found it smelt stale a faint smoke smell lingered. regulating water temperature was tricky it was either scalding or too cold

I found some issues . The water temperature in the shower was difficult to adjust. It went from cold to scalding very quickly. Also. The towels in the room were quite thin. I expected better quality towels for the price I paid. The room was also quite small, especially considering it was supposed to be a 'Luxury Double Room'.

I ate both dinner and breakfast in the hotel dining room. The food had a good variety and was very good both times. My room included a ceiling fan, which I appreciated since it was a warm night. The bathroom was lovely.
The water in the shower was hard to regulate.

dim lightingweak shower
The room lighting was surprisingly dim, even with all the lamps switched on. I struggled to read in bed. The shower pressure was also disappointingly weak. It made rinsing shampoo a test of patience, and the water temperature fluctuated wildly. This. A brighter, stronger shower would really elevate the stay.

The room was clean and bright. The modern black out blinds were very effective (I really needed the sleep!).
The shower had weak water pressure. The bar staff seemed a bit rude.
