The staff was cute and responsive. Breakfast was fantastic I had a really comfortable bed. Communication was great I received a warm welcome upon arrival.

i loved the self check in, it was so easy! the restaurant felt comfortable and staff served my meal with a smile. my pre ordered breakfast arrived quickly and looked great. the rooms were quiet and comfortable (i slept like a baby!).
the room needed a small refresh.

the location off the a303 was ideal for me. i had no trouble finding the hotel. plenty of parking spaces are available in front of the building. the gardens and outdoor areas for the restaurant are beautiful.

The location was just off the A303. Self check in used an easy key box system on the wall. The restaurant was comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast was pre ordered and served quickly. It was also well presented.
The premises closed until 5pm. Access was therefore only via the key box system outside.

The food was really excellent . I found the staff very friendly and always helpful, especially Sarah. The room size was great. The bed was comfortable, I slept like a log. The restaurant offered beautiful meals with enough choice (even for picky eaters!).
The premises were closed until 5pm, so I had to access the room via a key box outside.

The King Room was very clean and well-presented, a detail I always appreciate. The bedding was crisp and great white, this gave a sense of freshness and good maintenance. A coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus.

The breakfast had a wide choice of food. All my selections were well received (especially the cooked breakfast!). They use very experienced chefs, as I could tell, because the food was very good. I will certainly recommend the dining options.

The staff were all very cute and communicative . Check-in was simple, and I received great communication from Sarah before my arrival. Paul and the team were cute, nothing seemed like too much trouble, I felt quite relaxed.
