fair stay near opera
excellent locationhelpful staffsuperb jobwrong roomunpleasant smellkey card
the location is excellent close to the metro station. it is easy to take any lines and get to different connections. the staff were super friendly and very helpful i appreciated their assistance. the room was clean and housekeeping did a superb job it was a great service.
someone used a key card to open my room door while i was still sleeping i was surprised. later, the employee told me they had entered the wrong room that was an awkward situation.

The staff was friendly and the location proved convenient.
I encountered some issues . The noise isolation was poor. I could hear street noise late into the night. the room's decor felt dated. The bathroom was not modern.

the location was convenient. i could easily walk to the louvre and many shops. the staff at breakfast were helpful.
i had to hold my breath each time i used it. It was quite unpleasant. the hotel charged for extending our check-out time, even briefly.
