misleading descriptioninaccurate information
The room I received was not as I expected. The listing showed a courtyard view. I was given a room faced the hotel lobby. This was not a courtyard, and there was no natural light. This misrepresentation is unacceptable and I find it misleading.

The location was very close to several metro lines. This made getting around VERY easy. The staff was helpful with directions. They always had smiles.
The wifi signal was not very strong in my room. I had trouble streaming video. It kept buffering. the breakfast options were limited. There were not many choices.
