The room layout suited our family very well. the kitchenette proved useful. the beds offered good comfort, and the shower provided hot and powerful water. the area was so quiet during the night. We slept soundly.
i noticed the walls are somewhat thin. sounds from other guests could be heard occasionally.

I found the staff cute and respectful. Our family suite was spacious. It accommodated our needs perfectly. The location was great, with many dining options nearby, including easy access to bus and metro lines.

The hotel is near the train station and bus stops, I saw some restaurants and cafes around. The metro station is located very close. This makes it super easy to reach many places.

The room was bigger than expected, I even had an entire apartment, it included communicating rooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen corner. The beds were comfortable and I felt I had a very pleasant quiet sleep.

This made access to all floors easy. I observed that the reception service operates 24 hours a day. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. This was very helpful.

poor sound insulationbrown towels
The room lacked air conditioning. It relied solely on a small fan. I could not open the door to get air because of the flies. This made sleeping difficult. The sound insulation was poor. I could hear everything from the hallways. The towels were also brown. This made me question if they could maintain them properly.
