helpful staffearly check-inreliable wifidaily cleaning
the staff was helpful with directions to local attractions. i had an early check-in, which helped a lot (after my long journey). the room included reliable wifi, a nice tv with multiple channels, and daily cleaning services. it was great to relax after a day of exploring.
the neighborhood was not particularly charming.

the beds were excellent i slept well every night. the shower was also amazing with good pressure. breakfast included a nice variety of options. the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions.
the immediate surrounding area was a bit rough with some street activity.

charming stay close to gare du nord!
great locationcomfortable roomshomeless population
i really liked how conveniently close the hotel is to the gare du nord. this made traveling so easy. the rooms were very stylish and comfortable. the staff were friendly and accommodating. luggage storage was a bonus.
the surrounding streets had a significant homeless population. i observed people begging and selling cigarettes near the metro. this might be unsettling for some guests not used to social deprivation.

the room was small it looked larger in photos i was disappointed the evening staff was slow at reception i waited longer than expected the staff insisted on speaking english to me though i attempted to speak french
