helpful staff good shower
The reception staff was very cute and helpful. I found coffee, tea, water, and treats available in the lobby. It was a nice extra. The breakfast included good choices, though simple. My room was just the right size with a good shower.
The room was slightly small, and there was no wardrobe for clothes

The staff offered free luggage storage. I appreciated this service. the hotel provided coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. it was very clean and cozy. the hotel location is near montmartre and public transportation.
all the soap bottles in my room were empty. the room was not cleaned on the first day. i had to ask for towels after a long day.

smooth check-in free water noisy room basic breakfast water issue
The check-in process was wonderfully smooth. I found the payment was handled quickly before I was shown to my room. I found free water and treats in the reception. I was happy with that. The staff displayed genuine friendliness. They were genuinely helpful throughout my short stay. They created an clean environment.
My room was located directly across from the elevator. This made it somewhat noisy during the night. The breakfast provided only basic options. I thought the choices were limited. There was a water issue in my room. Water would spill out to the living room when I took a shower. It was important to be careful.

Adequate Stay with Some Drawbacks

The staff were consistently friendly. They always greeted me as I passed by. The location was convenient with multiple metro stations nearby. This made it easy to get around. There was also a supermarket just around the corner, practical.
The room lacked sufficient storage space. I had to leave my luggage on the floor. There was also no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. The TV could not connect to the internet. It essentially acted as a screen to which you could connect devices with an HDMI cable, but not much else. Breakfast needed improvement. Many tables had dirty plates left on them.

convenient location complimentary drinks limited space unclean tables
the location proved convenient with proximity to metro stations. the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby was a plus. this offered a quick refreshment after long days.
the room felt quite small for a premium double room. storage space was limited and not ideal for luggage. breakfast service experienced occasional lapses in cleanliness. some tables remained uncleared when i arrived for breakfast.

mixed feelings about this stay
the staff was friendly enough, i suppose.
The noise was a real problem. I heard every single thing happening in the hallway and other rooms, it really got on my nerves and affected my sleep bad bad sound isolation is never good.
