complimentary water noteworthy lighting rainfall shower
the room had a fridge with complimentary water which was convenient. the lighting in the bedroom was also noteworthy. the shower in my en-suite was spacious and included a rainfall shower head.
the absence of a phone in the room made contacting reception slightly inconvenient.

lovely grounds great decor powerful shower coffee machine
The location was lovely. I appreciated the grounds. The room decor was GREAT. The nespresso coffee machine proved useful.
Service in the restaurant for dinner felt very SLOW. Staffing seemed limited to only two people.

The restaurant food was fantastic and they squeezed us in despite being fully booked. Breakfast provided a gorgeous experience. So much was available to choose from for breakfast. I could have had more.

The room decor was fine and so interesting. I found the spacious room comfortable. Wardrobes INCLUDE lights. The bathroom featured a super shower and a large bath.

The play area was quite lovely. I noted parking directly at the hotel. The bar provided a good experience. All aspects were very stylish and modern.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. They were very WELL trained but friendly. All were amazing, that is for sure. I RECEIVED a very warm welcome from everyone.

sewage smell slow service
The smell near the room was unpleasant. I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a room with a hot tub, but the smell made it unusable! It smelled like sewage. Other guests mentioned the smell and moved rooms. The restaurant service declined. The staff seemed aimless and slow. I was also not allowed to have a latte with breakfast until 11am, which seemed ridiculous. Management did not resolve these issues.

Excellent stay
luxurious décor comfortable beds nice amenities true professionalism
I enjoyed the luxurious décor. It gave a very high-end feel. The beds allowed me to sleep well. The bathroom had great amenities, I must say. The staff exhibited true professionalism and attention to detail (always with a smile!).
The soundproofing could have been better. I overheard some noise from neighboring rooms, although it was minor.

Inconsistent Experience, Issues with Food and Room Upkeep
overpriced food hot room
I was disappointed with a few things. The food quality on Saturday night was bad. I had chicken thighs that tasted like nothing, with undercooked gnocchi, and it cost too much. our room was too hot. The radiator was off, but it still felt unbearable. I found the thermostat set to 35 degrees downstairs! Finally, there was holes in the wall and some peeling wallpaper in the room. It's not what I expect from a place like this.
