Check-in was quick and efficient. the breakfast setup was one of the best i've seen with really good coffee. i especially liked the omelette station. The chef made perfect omelettes.

Really good Stay with Great Service

I appreciated the friendly and helpful reception staff. They gave me two room keys, very convenient. The location is great for accessing the Metrocentre. The rooms were quiet.
The air conditioning or heating did not work in my room. I was given a radiator . It took some time to heat the room, but it eventually worked.

The reception staff was helpful. Lorna provided bus route information. The sauna was hot. The pool was of a nice size. I enjoyed a Monkey 47 gin at the bar, where Amy's friendly conversation made breakfast cute. I found the location advantageous. The hotel is close to the Metrocentre.
I noticed some limescale on the shower head, and this made me wonder about the thoroughness of the cleaning procedures.

Mixed experience. Some issues encountered

the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
the ac and heating unit in my room didn't work. i had to use a radiator, and it took a while to heat the room. i could hear noise from the lobby and function room, and there was no fridge, made keeping my medication cold difficult.. i had to improvise with the sink and ice machine.
