Excellent hotel. Truly enjoyable stay
spacious bar bright restaurant polite staff
i appreciated the well-presented hotel and spacious feel. the bar area had comfortable seating options like chairs and sofas. the restaurant was bright and airy. the staff was very polite and helpful too.
the room felt a bit warm and i would have liked a fan, other than that, everything was great.

the hotel is conveniently situated nearby attractions. it is also easy to access from the motorway. easy parking added to the convenience during the visit!

staff provided extra milk, sugar, teabags, chocolate drinks, and biscuits upon arrival. staff restocked tea and biscuits, completing a daily check to change towels. breakfast service included freshly made porridge.

Breakfast included a variety of options.
The room I stayed in was quite small. IT felt slightly claustrophobic with the bed squeezed in. I would not want to spend more than one night in room like that.

spacious room clean room comfy bed rough terrain working light limited selection
the rooms are spacious clean and tidy. super comfy beds were provided. plenty of towels were available in the room.
the car park was downhill in rough terrain. there were no working lights when it was dark it poses trip hazards. the breakfast had a very limited selection.

friendly staff clean room comfortable bed small room road noise lack aircon
the staff were friendly especially bruce and louise. the rooms were very clean the bed was comfortable and i liked the fan. free parking was available onsite
the room was quite small it was beside the m6 motorway. the noise from the road kept me awake at night. the room had no aircon

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
non-functioning tv chaotic breakfast
The hotel was ideally placed for my needs.
The TV in my room did not work , and it could not be repaired for two nights. I was offered a room change late in the evening , but I felt it was too late to move. Breakfast on Saturday morning was quite chaotic. There were only three staff members to seat people , clear plates , and restock the buffet.
