The hotel was ideally placed for my needs.

The TV in my room did not work , and it could not be repaired for two nights. I was offered a room change late in the evening , but I felt it was too late to move. Breakfast on Saturday morning was quite chaotic. There were only three staff members to seat people , clear plates , and restock the buffet.
