amazing views and great service!
convenient parking friendly staff relaxing stay
i found convenient on-site parking. staff welcomed dogs AND ME! my room opened onto an enclosed terrace, perfect for morning coffee! everyone i met was so friendly, it.
Some communal carpets really need a deep clean, especially near the stairs. It detracted a little from the otherwise pristine appearance.

a sweet ESCAPE by the sea
helpful staff local attractions fresh breakfast
the staff was helpful with directions to local attractions. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, I especially enjoyed the vegetarian options. the location is very close to the beach, a HUGE plus for early morning strolls and romantic sunsets. i liked that it reminded me of visiting family.
the room had limited space for luggage. there was only ONE chair provided, INCONVENIENT for two people sharing the space.

mixed feelings about my stay
filthy floor overpriced room
staff were attentive, and they couldn't do enough for me during dinner and breakfast.
the room was small, more like a tiny boxroom. the laminate floor in it felt filthy. it seems the hotel is massively overpriced especially for a standard double room.

friendly staff speedy service superb food
the staff were friendly and professional throughout. i especially appreciated the speedy breakfast service.. the two ladies there are real assets. david in the restaurant provided great service, his humour was really welcome. the food was superb, with a wide range of choices and great value.
the room was slightly smaller than expected, though it was still clean and well-kept.

small room bike storage
I was somewhat disappointed with our room. The room was really small and cramped. The double bed also felt smaller than expected. storing our two mountain bikes in a small shed cost £10 per bike per night. I found the whole experience quite disappointing.

small room unhelpful staff
The location was handy for walks and exploring the surrounding area.
The room I had was quite small. It felt cramped, especially the bed (it seemed short for two people). I was also disappointed that checking in an hour early was not possible. The staff said 'no'.
