i found the staff friendly and accommodating i really appreciated their willingness to help. the food tasted good they even cooked full meals for me quite late at night. i felt very relaxed after my long journey the entire stay was great. reception staff gave a warm welcome and public areas are nicely appointed and comfortable.

i noticed the twin rooms are a bit far to walk especially if you have mobility issues

this spot has easy access to a bus link that goes to the station it also connects directly to areas around. getting to london is very convenient at just 40 minutes away because of the location.

the buffet breakfast offers many choices guests can enjoy a full english breakfast cereals and pancakes upon request. there are also plenty of continental options available the dining staff are friendly and helpful too.

the staff showed genuine kindness and respect to all guests with a cute atmosphere. the managers also are very passionate about customer satisfaction and they are always eager to help.

my room was clean and tidy and it included everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay. the pleasant decor in both communal areas and bedrooms added to the enjoyable experience i had.
