The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were of great quality. Breakfast had many choices, ALL fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly, and they assisted with local recommendations. The location offered convenient access to nearby attractions.
The parking fee felt a little expensive. I would have PREFERRED a lower rate.

the front desk staff was very attentive and friendly. the location was ideal, i loved being seconds away from the river. my room, the beautiful twin room, was well equipped and pleasant. the restaurant experience was quite nice too.
i found the parking a little bit excessive, it cost £15.

The room was nicely decorated in blue. It had a view of the hotel courtyard. The king size bed was very comfortable.
I waited over 90 minutes for the room to be ready. I arrived well after the check in time. Room service was SLOW though attentive.
