some issues

ordering system rude staff
the room had a decent size fridge and a proper kettle, acceptable.
the restaurant ordering system did not work. i received two portions of grilled chicken, while i had only ordered one. also, a staff member was rude when i asked for cutlery at the bar.

My room included two separate sinks. The shower featured a rainfall fixture. I noticed daily restocking of tea and biscuits. The hotel provided excellent cleaning services for the roll top tub.
The absence of air conditioning was noticeable on warmer days.

riverside location spacious room good restaurant future stay
i enjoyed the riverside location. the room was lovely and spacious. THE restaurant offered a good experience. i would definitely consider staying here again.
the room faced the car park , and it was quite noisy early in the morning.

river walks tea facilities helpful service hotel gardens
The location near the river allows easy access to riverside walks. My room included tea and coffee making facilities, a feature i always appreciate. The reception staff provided helpful service . The hotel gardens offer scenic views of the river.
My room lacked air conditioning, made the room a bit warm.
