The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a generous choice, catering to different tastes. The room was spacious and comfortable with effective air conditioning, a real BLESSING. The availability of varied pillow types added to the comfort.

I had an issue with the bed. The mattress was unusually uncomfortable.

Really good Experience, Warm and Cute

friendly staff excellent rooms delicious food charming manager

The staff member was friendly and remembered me from prior visits. The hotel rooms are excellent, and I found chocolate mints on arrival. custard creams with my tea. I especially appreciated the superb food. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The manager was very charming and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The wall between the bedroom and the bathroom felt sticky.

the king room was a great size. it had two separate sinks. the shower had good pressure. the bed was really comfortable.

i noticed one small stain on the carpet in the hallway.

the room had effective soundproofing. i appreciated that the provided toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. breakfast offered a decent selection of both hot and cold items. a coffee maker in the room was really useful, i used it a lot.

The gym had limited equipment. I would have liked to see more variety.

varied options ample spaces clean facilities

the location proved convenient for my visit the facilities were clean and inviting the staff was notably friendly on arrival. the breakfast offered a good variety of options i found it satisfying the parking area had ample spaces available in front of the hotel.

i noticed a slight delay during check-in due to what i overheard was a new system being implemented it wasn't too bad but it did extend the wait time a bit.
