A Nice Stay!

I enjoyed the breakfast! It had many options. The hotel provides good access to public transport with the subway close by. The family room was spacious and clean, which helped us stay comfortable. I also found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially during a family emergency.

The air conditioning was not very effective, it was difficult to adjust the room temperature to my liking.

the hotel includes a supermarket on the ground floor which is very useful. the gym is available and has multiple machines. breakfast had a large variety of options including sparkling wine!

finding the reception was initially difficult as i had to walk through a supermarket.

The breakfast buffet disappointed me. the warm food wasn't kept hot enough. It was often lukewarm. i also found the coffee cups too small. the room cleaning was inconsistent. An empty snack wrapper stayed on the floor for days. it shows some attention to detail is missing. the room itself felt quite basic. it didn't really match the impression i got from the photos online.

i found the breakfast options amazing with fresh orange juice available. the staff in the breakfast area were especially friendly. the room was very clean and quiet, with a comfy bed. taking the nearby train to the city center was easy.
