clean room great location accommodating staff small bedroom coffee replacement minibar delay

the room was very clean upon arrival. the hotel location is great, near metro stations. i found the staff accommodating (they were quick to help). the breakfast had plenty of choice for everyone.

the superior double bedroom felt small. tea and coffee were not replaced, i had to ask for it. i had to wait a while for the minibar team to come around (which was inconvenient).

an okay stay, some issues though

unfriendly staff excessive breakfast cost

the reception staff wasn't friendly at all. it's close to the metro, but still a bit far from most attractions. also, the breakfast cost seemed excessive!

Convenient Stay Near Public Transport

convenient location helpful staff quiet rooms large supermarket

The hotel is next to both S Bahn and U Bahn lines. Many restaurants and bars are in the vicinity. I found a large supermarket open until late on the ground floor. Staff members were very helpful, and the rooms were quiet.

The hotel's layout is a bit of a MAZE, so finding my way around took some time.

Dining

9/10

I observed many fresh and stewed vegetables at breakfast. There was a variety of yogurts, cheeses, and meat snacks. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available. one could bake waffle hearts.. It was quite excellent.

A Nice Stay!

varied breakfast easy subway access clean family room helpful staff

I enjoyed the breakfast! It had many options. The hotel provides good access to public transport with the subway close by. The family room was spacious and clean, which helped us stay comfortable. I also found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially during a family emergency.

The air conditioning was not very effective, it was difficult to adjust the room temperature to my liking.

Dining

9/10

The hotel offers a breakfast with great variety. Bacon and sparkling wine are included! There is also live-cooking for custom omelets. This ensures fresh and hot meals. The quality and choices made every morning very enjoyable.

Location

The hotel provides easy access to public transportation. This made traveling simple. It has an ideal supermarket immediately below! Guests can easily purchase any necessities, this is very convenient, I found.

lukewarm food small coffee cups

The breakfast buffet disappointed me. the warm food wasn't kept hot enough. It was often lukewarm. i also found the coffee cups too small. the room cleaning was inconsistent. An empty snack wrapper stayed on the floor for days. it shows some attention to detail is missing. the room itself felt quite basic. it didn't really match the impression i got from the photos online.
