The location was very central. You can reach museum island with a short walk. bus 147 passes right in front of the place, and both the s-bahn and u-bahn stations are within walking distance. the rooms were clean.
i noticed noise above me when i checked into my room on the 4th floor, the building work continued until 17.30. i complained at reception and was moved to the 2nd floor, i still heard building work, especially at 7.30am. i am shocked that this hotel did not communicate in advance that building work was taking place.

the location was great with easy access to many main attractions. the room was spacious and quiet, perfect for rest after exploring. i appreciated the fresh water provided in the lobby!!!

the staff WAS friendly! but the breakfast was a disaster. people were walking around with plates of food searching for a place to sit. vacant tables remained full of dirty plates for a long time. crockery was wiped onto the floor, gross!

I appreciated the location. It is central and allows easy walking to many places. the 147 bus line stops right in front of the building. It allows transportation to the city center. the room was comfortable and clean too
the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
