i found the location convenient. the subway station was very close. breakfast was AMAZING!!!
housekeeping was quite poor . bins were not emptied and cups were not washed. i had to ask repeatedly for basic supplies.

The bar was a no-go. It was closed all three nights because of short staffing. no room service either. the coffee in the room tasted awful, and i didn't even have tea bags or milk. it all felt a bit bare bones. the absence of bar was hard to bear! twice.

The hotel's location is AMAZING!!! I found it convenient, just steps away from shops and transport links. My room had blackout blinds, so I slept soundly. The staff was polite and informative, a really nice touch.
I did find one minor issue, the breakfast selection could use a little more variety. After a few days, it felt a bit repetitive, and I wished there were more options.
