The staff was helpful and very kind. My room was a management suite. It was super clean . The hotel's location is convenient for sightseeing. I appreciated the central location, close to transportation and various attractions.

I got an email after my departure. They claimed I damaged a table and asked for 150 euros for repairs. I didn't damage anything in the room. Such a thing has never happened to me.

Breakfast was very nice on the 5th floor. It made for a wonderful start to each day. The restaurant staff was courteous, and the service was very efficient. The food was AMAZING!!!

i stayed in a spacious management suite balcony room that included a useful closet room and a real treat, a balcony. the breakfast buffet included a great variety of foods and top pastries. the staff was always willing to help and always very friendly and kind.

the cinema nearby sometimes had random noises but they were faint. they did not interrupt my sleep because the rooms are well isolated.

the rooms were exactly as the photographs show and were airy spacious and very comfortable. amenities are excellent and the decor is light and fresh. the rooms have air conditioning that can be turned off and windows opened.

i stayed in an executive suite, it was so spacious. the welcome gifts were a very heartwarming touch. breakfast at facil restaurant offered superb service. i loved using the gym daily, it was so convenient.

The shower pressure was a little weak! it was not as refreshing as i wanted. It was a small disappointment for such a nice hotel.
