fantastic stay
convenient location free coffee efficient layout friendly staff
the hotel location is very convenient, near the main train station. i found the free coffee (during limited hours) and water very nice, a great perk. the room had trendy decor, and i appreciated its efficient layout. i found the staff friendly and able to speak english without issues.
the absence of coffee and tea making facilities in the room was noticeable.

the room was well-designed, offering multiple shelves and enough space to comfortably store two suitcases (this was a great feature). blackout curtains ensured good sleep quality, and the smart tv provided entertainment options during downtime.

the hotel provides free coffee in the morning for a limited time, a convenient service. the restaurant and bar located in the foyer offered additional dining and relaxation options . i did not try the in-house italian restaurant, though.

Reception staff were useful and answered my questions well. the staff were friendly and helpful and their english was excellent (communication was easy). They are attentive to details.

Modern and Convenient Stay
great deal free coffee
I got a really great deal. The lobby offers plenty of seating and complimentary water and coffee. There is also a supermarket very close to the hotel. I could easily get anything I needed.
Soundproofing could be better. I could hear the elevator bell frequently from 7 AM until late at night. This was a bit disruptive.

The breakfast was PERFECT!!! I appreciated its wide variety and high quality. I saw it offered many options for different tastes and dietary needs. The coffee was good too.

The hotel is near many amenities. It's an easy walk to the main train station. I found many shops and restaurants nearby as well.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the central station. This provides easy access to transportation. The room was clean and also quite spacious. I found the water machine with both natural and sparkling options useful.
The air conditioning did not work well . My room was very hot. I also noticed crumbs on the table during breakfast. The staff seemed a little unsmiling.

good room size smart tv blackout curtains small room missing desk bed bugs
I really liked the room size. The fitness suite was larger than I expected and it was great. I found it very useful to have a smart tv. Blackout curtains were very good, too.
The rooms are very small. There was no desk in the room. I also did not find a kettle in the room. I woke up with bites ALL OVER my back.

the staff was very helpful. the cafe stayed open 24/7 (a great thing for late-night cravings).
