the bedroom was lovely and large. the beds were super comfortable, i slept well. the gym was also large and spacious, i got a good workout.
The tv remote never worked. the staff came to fix it, but the problem was with the tv itself. none of the usb-a slots in the room were functional, they were decorative. the soundproofing was practically nonexistent. I could hear the neighbors next door.

the shower had a strange smell it was unpleasant. the climate system wasn't effective i was too warm. there was also considerable noise from outside i found it hard to sleep. the curtains were damaged and falling off the rail this was not repaired .

the room layout was great it offered ample space. breakfast was superb it had many options. the staff was very helpful with directions and taxi bookings. the hotel location provided easy access to restaurants and a supermarket.
sound insulation could be better street noise was noticeable.

the location was acceptable, near public transport.
the air conditioning did not work. i stayed during a heat wave and the room was too hot. i requested assistance, but the staff only made a temporary fix that did not resolve the problem. the pillows were also flat and offered little support.
