I REALLY enjoyed the central location, especially its proximity to the christmas market. The staff was accommodating, polite, and friendly. The hotel was nice and neat. I found it a strategic location close to attractions.
my room was small, but i'm not one to complain about little things.

the comfort double room featured two bedside tables with lamps and also individual reading lights. A desk was available, it provided ample space and convenient power outlets. I also saw a wardrobe with hangers and shelving for clothes.

The staff was efficient, and breakfast had an excellent choice.
My room seemed small. The bathroom felt too tiny. I found no amenities in the bathroom, not even a bath cap and the pillows were also unconfortable.

The location was great being near the railway station. It was also near the river rhine and various restaurants. the room itself was a decent size and cleaned daily with fresh towels. the staff were friendly and spoke good english which i appreciated.
i found the air conditioning wasn't working initially because the cleaners had left windows open! it took some time to figure out that the air-con only worked when they were fully closed, a bit frustrating.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station, the altestadt, the rhine, and the dom! many places to eat are available locally. This makes exploring so easy.

The room was a good size and very clean I found the bed very comfortable. The location is excellent because the train station is nearby. I could easily walk to the cathedral and shopping areas which was very convenient. Breakfast offered good options including eggs meats breads and fruits
The hairdryer in the room did not work very well it took a very long time to dry my hair

the location was really good it was right in the center of everything i needed the staff were helpful and friendly. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable i slept well. breakfast offered a good choice of foods and was well stocked with options.
the bathroom in my room was really too small it felt cramped. there were not many amenities at all in the bathroom there wasn't even a bath cap. the pillows were also too soft they were quite uncomfortable to sleep on.

the location was central, just a short walk to the cathedral (pretty hard to miss, honestly).
i booked a "superior room", a phrase that conjures certain expectations, but it was small. the room barely accommodated two people and our luggage, it felt cramped. the lighting was also not ideal, it, if i'm being honest).
