Underwhelming stay. Issues noted
outdated telephone systempoor air conditioning
the in-room telephone system was outdated and difficult to use. I struggled to make calls. additionally, the air conditioning performed poorly, resulting in a very warm and uncomfortable night. this significantly detracted from the overall experience. the management needs to address these maintenance issues promptly.
