the room was clean. the hotel provided a coffee maker and bottled water, nice!
The ac unit was very loud. It made sleeping difficult. the shower head in the bathroom was also horrible.

faulty air conditioning
the air conditioning didn't work properly because the heating system was still running (this was quite annoying). it was over 20 degrees celsius outside, but 24 degrees in the room. there was also a lot of noise from other rooms, and the general cleanliness was not great.

the front desk staff were nice and helpful.
The air conditioning unit in my room was very loud. It made sleeping difficult. the duvet was too thick (i woke up feeling sweaty). also, i ordered a dish at the restaurant that was excessively salty.
