Solid Stay Near Taksim
convenient location early check-in fresh towels luxurious vibe
I found the location very convenient, close to Taksim Square. The front desk staff facilitated an early check-in. Housekeeping staff regularly checked in to provide fresh towels. I appreciate the upscale feel. The hotel is well maintained and gives off a luxurious vibe.
The noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.

metal detectors terrible noise
the breakfast was acceptable, it had quite many OPTIONS.
I am REALLY annoyed. The noise from other rooms was TERRIBLE. the metal detectors at the entrance are very off putting, not a 5-star hotel, this is unacceptable.

friendly service dedicated personal bosphorus view
I found the service friendly and dedicated. The Bosphorus view exceeded my expectations. The staff responded to my every single need. The front desk team was accommodating. I had easy access everywhere. Taxis are super easy to catch right at the door.
The jacuzzi turned on automatically. I couldn't stop it. This was a malfunction. I found this issue disappointing.

The well-equipped fitness center features pilates bundles and spa facilities to use. I appreciated this feature. There is easy access to taxis right outside the hotel, offering a good way to get around. The hotel had a wonderful Bosphorus view, it was so beautiful

Breakfast had Turkish meze style food, such a nice touch. The hotel features a sushi bar with a wide variety of cocktails, and there is a bar available. These were all open to guests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options!

room upgrade excellent location
the staffs elevated our stay, they upgraded our room. i appreciated the executive lounge and its offerings. the location was great with easy access to transportation and dining. sauna and gym access were also excellent.
I found the mini bar charges confusing due to the missing price list. i found it abysmal, as i paid for all i consumed.

disruptive noise poor quality
The location was good, offering easy access to nearby attractions.

flawless check-in helpful reception kind character
Berkan Younis from reception was very helpful. He made check-in flawless and provided suggestions. Orkhan from the lounge was also a key character. He was very kind and attentive, especially towards our little one.
