friendly staffcosy baruncomfortable bedcold aircon
the location was good, very near the train station. the staff was friendly and efficient. the space in the lounge was comfortable and full of character. the bar area was also very cosy!!!
the beds were uncomfortable. i only saw a pillow menu in the morning. it would have been helpful to know this before i woke up with a stiff neck. the fridge and aircon were barely cool, let alone cold.

The location is super. I walked just a short distance to all main attractions. The hotel is so close to the train station. Our room was large. It includes comfortable beds.
The air conditioner barely cooled the room. I think the hotel should check it.
