My room was upgraded to the King Taksim Suite Executive Lounge Access. I was grateful for prompt guest relations. Yasar, Mustafa and Baris at the Globe restaurant provided really good service. Derya handled the excellent housekeeping.
The hotel location is somewhat inconvenient. Paid parking is required, this is disappointing. The hotel feels too crowded. Airport style security checks are conducted which is uncomfortable.

the breakfast offered many options. i liked that i could get fresh fruit there (especially the berries). the staff were helpful. the executive room had a wonderful view.
i found the cleanliness to be below the expected standard. the rooms were not as well-kept as i hoped. i also noticed a smell of cigarette smoke. sealed windows made it impossible to ventilate the room.
