i liked this hotel. the location is a block from 24/7 tram lines. breakfast had good quality. the stuff was helpful and smiled. i ordered a high floor room with a yard view. the windows are large. i did enjoy the cool, fresh air and quietness.
i found little glass pieces on the bathroom floor. pillows was also too small.

a balanced experience
great breakfasthard bed
I found the location particularly good. It's close to many things but on a quieter street. breakfast was really good too! nandor, the bartender, really helped us out with our early breakfast query because of our early departure. he even called the chef, to check if it was possible.
the bed wasn't great. it was really hard. my hip hurt when i lay on my side, and there was pressure on it. i think it was a spring mattress that needs replacing. also, the staff were polite but reserved.

The location is very convenient, close to many shops and restaurants. I especially liked how quiet it was inside the hotel despite being in a large, busy city (i could relax!). Staff were super friendly and spoke English well. Parking under the hotel was convenient.
The room was really hot, even with the air conditioning. It didn't cool down at all, so I was sweating during the night. The bed was also uncomfy and the pillows were too big.
