daily cleaning easy access warm hospitality
I loved how the room was cleaned daily. It felt so refreshing each time i returned. the location provided easy access to many restaurants and shops, which i really valued. the staff displayed such warm hospitality. It added to the charm of my stay.
The soundproofing was lacking. I sometimes heard noise from other rooms.

the breakfast buffet had an array of delicious food options, it was abundant and very enjoyable. i had dinner at the restaurant, where i found the service prompt, the menu varied and satisfying. i noticed the restaurant provides options for various dietary needs.

the reception staff were genuinely helpful and knew exactly what to do, this made check-in smooth. the team managed all requests efficiently, so i felt taken care of throughout my visit. i observed that the staff are multilingual.

the hotel features two pools, and i found them well-kept and very inviting! the fitness center included several machines, so i enjoyed keeping up with my exercise routine. there is a small mall adjacent to the hotel, it is convenient.

shower leak water temperature
I was a bit disappointed. the bathroom shower wasn't great. Water leaked all over the floor. it was also difficult to adjust the water temperature. It seemed stuck between too hot and too cold. i had to use extra towels to soak up the water, which wasn't ideal. hopefully, they fix this soon,

The gym had good equipment. There was a mini-market with a deli section. I could buy wine in the wine shop (conveniently located next to the hotel).
The lifts took a long time to arrive from my floor. It was INCONVENIENT.

The studio apartment decor was aesthetically pleasing. The room felt spacious, with amazing housekeeping services. There was also a mini-kitchen and a washing machine, both of which were huge pluses.
