The staff were friendly! the rooms were super clean. They cleaned them thoroughly every day. they offered free coffee after breakfast. This was a lovely touch. the breakfast itself was excellent. It featured a wide variety of fresh vegetables and sweets.

the staff at breakfast, especially mister seckin kaya, gave helpful and kind service. the hotel reception helped us find parking. the food and beverage manager, mister kaya, offered warmth and friendliness.

i found the location to be very convenient with easy access to major attractions. breakfast offered a great variety, and the staff was always attentive. i especially appreciated the rooftop restaurantwith fine views and a relaxed atmosphere. the proximity to public transport made exploring effortless.
i observed that some aspects of the room decor seemed a bit dated. i believe updating the decor would significantly .

the hotel's location is superb! i found the breakfast selection quite satisfying. the staff demonstrated really good helpfulness and warmth. mr seçkin kaya and his team were pure gold, always.
my room did not have a balcony and it was a bit small. i also noticed the coffee provided was instant, disappointing.
