The outdoor pool was great. Its design and layout were well-kept. I also appreciated the variety of food at the main restaurant. Each meal was well prepared.
My room faced a main road. Traffic noise was audible even inside, it was minor though.

This hotel's staff impressed me. I felt welcomed immediately. the reception team handled a room upgrade smoothly. the breakfast crew, including melek, hasan, and erhan, provided attentive service. i really appreciated their positive attitude during the morning rush.

The hotel is near the main street and the city center. dolmabahçe palace is accessible via walking. boats to the old town depart nearby. This made getting around easy.

The staff were consistently friendly and courteous. doorman mehmet provides great assistance. I found him very helpful. i would mention mrs busra from the executive lounge, because she offered superb recommendations.

The breakfast buffet offered many options.
The air conditioning did not function properly. It displayed an incorrect temperature. An engineer claimed nothing was wrong. Only after the first night, the issue was resolved. The manager insisted there had been no problem, even when the air conditioning magically reached 19 degrees.
