mixed feelings about this stay
limited buscold hot tub
i encountered a couple of issues. the courtesy bus to fira had a limited schedule, only running in the evening. this made it difficult to explore fira during the day without paying for expensive taxis. also, the hot tub in my sea view room was disappointingly cold. i was not able to use it , a major letdown given the extra cost for that room type.

The hotel staff were friendly. They were always happy to help with any requests. The hotel maintained cleanliness throughout my stay. I found my room large and very comfortable.
The hotel is not near a bus stop. A taxi to Fira cost me €20. Checkout occurred at 11am. I was informed a late checkout would cost €80.

The room was roomy. It included storage space. A fridge was in the room. Coffee making facilities were available. I found the coffee very useful each morning. The staff brought pool towels. Umbrellas were put up too. The staff were very attentive. They helped with every need.
The half board offer was not ideal. The set menu for dinner did not please me. I ended up not having dinner at the hotel most nights. This made the half board a waste of money.

The hotel is central to the island. Any part of the island is reachable. This takes around 30 minutes. You must have transport.

My room featured refined linen. There were attention to details. The room provided space. It met all my requirements.

Breakfast included fresh omelettes. Those were made to order. Pancakes were also prepared. These had honey. My son liked them.

Pools are amazing. Hot tubs exist too. These are open until 11 pm. The pool area is top notch. I enjoyed every minute spent there.
