the staff WAS very courteous. the location is very good with access to public transport. The lobby Was excellent and the room size was good.

I really liked how close the hotel was to the subway entrance. It made getting around so easy. the hotel provided water bottles every day. We loved that. but the view was amazing!
and i wasn't told when i checked in. the hotel didn't check on guests to make sure they were ok. We experienced an earthquake that day.
