The room size was decent. It was bigger than most rooms in the area. the location is excellent. It is right next to the metro station, so accessibility is good. housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay..

the staff WAS very courteous. the location is very good with access to public transport. The lobby Was excellent and the room size was good.

the rooms felt somewhat outdated and in need of updates. there WERE banging noises through the walls during the day.

subway entrance water bottles

I really liked how close the hotel was to the subway entrance. It made getting around so easy. the hotel provided water bottles every day. We loved that. but the view was amazing!

and i wasn't told when i checked in. the hotel didn't check on guests to make sure they were ok. We experienced an earthquake that day.
