a good haven near galata
clean room kind staff lovely view
my room was very clean , and i found the staff to be kind. the breakfast options presented great diversity. the hotel is advantageously situated near the galata tower. mornings included lovely views from the restaurant , and this view filled me with joy.
soundproofing could be improved , because the street was noisy. my room was on the second floor above it. i had a slightly difficult time, but it did not bother me.

wonderful experience near galata tower
roof terrace beautiful room helpful staff
our room was beautiful and had all the amenities i needed. the staff, including mehmet, assisted me 24/7. the hotel was clean and the meals were very good. i especially loved dinner on the roof terrace because the views overlooking galata tower are amazing.

quiet room excellent breakfast cute staff
The location was excellent, very near Galata Tower. The staff was cute when I arrived. My room was quiet. very well insulated from street noise. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!!

rooftop breakfast amazing view great location faulty air conditioning unreliable elevator single key
I liked that the breakfast was served on the rooftop. The view from up there was amazing. I could see the Galata Tower. The location was great. It was close to many restaurants and historical sites.
The air conditioning did not work in my room. The elevator seemed UNRELIABLE sometimes, so I used the stairs. I only had one key card. I needed it for the electricity in the room. It was difficult to charge my devices when I was not in there.
