the historical building was very interesting. the breakfast offered a decent selection. i had a quiet room. the location near the tram station was convenient.
the service felt slow at times. prices at the terrace closed too early. the food i ordered did not reach expectations. it certainly was overpriced.

I expected a more seamless experience. the lack of clear signage made navigating the hotel confusing. the advertised 'historical tour' was supposedly only available at very specific times that didn't align with my schedule and the staff were unhelpful in finding alternatives. i also found the noise from nearby clubs quite disturbing at night. It was hard to sleep properly.

Our room was upgraded to the greta garbo suite. It was lovely. water pressure and temperature were excellent, and i really liked that! we used the jacuzzi, steam room, and dry sauna, and they were clean. all the meals we had were excellent, i must say. the team members recognized us and were friendly whenever they saw us.
I thought the gift shop was a little small, though it had neat features. I expected it to be bigger!

The hotel is an easy cab ride from most attractions. This was really convenient. the hotel was close to food and shopping. I could easily get what i needed. it made getting around really easy.

The greta garbo corner room had excellent water pressure. It made showering very enjoyable. the room also had a jacuzzi, a steam room and a dry sauna. These were clean and quiet. the bed was quite comfortable.
