i found the staff very friendly and accommodating i had no issues communicating in english. the hotel's location is central and close to many shops and restaurants it made exploring very convenient.

the room was clean and the bathroom was a nice size.
i was really let down by the hard, uncomfortable bed and pillows (i tossed and turned all night). the room wasn't cleaned daily, and when i asked, they didn't restock the tea and coffee. even worse, the cups and glasses weren't cleaned, made me hesitant to use them.
