the hotel provided an executive room with sea view. this room featured ideal amenities. i found the staff very helpful. emine berber in the executive lounge anticipated my needs. she ensured i had everything i required quickly.
the minibar deposit was a little high. i did not use it. it took a little longer to get the refund than i expected.

the experience i had was not as good as advertised. it was definitely not worthy of the five star rating. i seemed like there was inequality to the way they treated certain guests.

the room was a swiss advantage king room bosphorus view it had fine views. the bathroom was spacious it included a rainfall shower. the breakfast options offered a wide selection with an awesome view.
the lobby bar area staff needed lessons on how to treat guests. they seemed less friendly compared to other staff members. this affected my experience.
