the service was really good from check-in to check-out. breakfast was good too.
i stayed in the north tower and had to change elevators on the 11th floor. the elevators were crowded, and wait times were long. the room felt very dusty. i started feeling sick after my stay of two nights.

the pool was excellent. the location provided easy access to many attractions. the staff were very helpful. the breakfast buffet was very varied and offered many options.
The lift function was somewhat slow at times.

the room was spacious. it was on the 27th floor in the main tower. the views at night were quite beautiful. the room was also cleaner and nicer than expected.

the pool area had plenty of space for lounging. the gym contained multiple treadmills. a convenience store was located next door. many shopping opportunities were easily accessible, though the main pool was under maintenance.

the staff were cute. housekeeping responded promptly to requests. ms. roy provided guidance through the food options. the staff ensured i had appropriate meals.

the hotel is conveniently near a night market. shopping and dining are very easy. centralworld is a short walk away for shopping. ordering taxis was easy, though the entrance was a bit hard to find!

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Fresh towels were provided daily. These were warm to the touch. I appreciated the great facilities. the swimming pool and gym, a kids corner features a PlayStation, a pool table, and two soccer tables for free use.

The location proved convenient. It was close to several shopping centers. The room I had was a good size. It included amenities like a gym and a pool.
The elevators experienced heavy traffic. I waited at least 5 minutes for one to arrive. The attached mall seemed not functional. Most of its shops were closed .

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the premier family room north tower included a separate seating area with a sofa. i also appreciated the convenience store next door, it made getting necessities easy. breakfast featured many options to choose from.
the lift function was slow.
