convenient location plenty options confusing layout dirty floors

the location was convenient. breakfast had plenty of options, including some i could eat. the staff was kind (i especially appreciated the friendly service). the hotel also has a nice pool.

The hotel layout was confusing. i had to change elevators multiple times to reach my room.

crowded elevators dusty room

the service was really good from check-in to check-out. breakfast was good too.

i stayed in the north tower and had to change elevators on the 11th floor. the elevators were crowded, and wait times were long. the room felt very dusty. i started feeling sick after my stay of two nights.

cleanliness warm towels

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Fresh towels were provided daily. These were warm to the touch. I appreciated the great facilities. the swimming pool and gym, a kids corner features a PlayStation, a pool table, and two soccer tables for free use.

separate seating stationary bikes

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the premier family room north tower included a separate seating area with a sofa. i also appreciated the convenience store next door, it made getting necessities easy. breakfast featured many options to choose from.

the lift function was slow.
