inconsistent experience with some letdowns

missing water uncleaned room

the room lacked basic stuff. i found no bottled water, tissues, and also no 'do not disturb' sign in my room. housekeeping didnt clean my room for two days straight, it was not good. also, the in-room safe malfunctioned and i missed a tour because of that.

modern stay!

helpful staff spacious room great comfort

The staff was very kind and helpful. the beautiful king room was spacious and well kept. the bed provided great comfort. I slept soundly each night. it had lots of space for my luggage and personal items.

the automated check-in process felt impersonal! i prefer a human touch when arriving at a hotel. it took a while to figure out the system and i had to call reception for help.

the hotel is a short walk from the tram line. it provides quick access to the main attractions in the city. tram line 3 is conveniently located a minute away.

The restaurant has a great variety of food. I particularly enjoyed the pizza. the restaurant team was friendly! service was quick and efficient. the restaurant manager was particularly kind and attentive.

Really good Hotel Design and Service

comfy sofas ample charging points spacious shower

I found many seating areas inside and outside. All included comfy sofas, chairs, charging points. The rooms include nice dinner switches for the nights and a spacious walk in shower. I slept very well on the super comfy mattress and pillows. The pool area included gorgeous beds with shades.

The location wasn't ideal though it was easy to reach city center with tram line 3. The immediate area between the two train stations and the expressway seems unattractive. I used taxis frequently.
