Waley provided great dinner recommendations and clear directions. Priscila and Waley were very good too. Their kindness and attentiveness made a big difference. I really appreciated the excellent hospitality from the staff.

The swimming pool steps were uncomfortable. I struggled to get back out. This small detail slightly detracted from the overall experience, but I still had a wonderful time.

The executive lounge provided drinks and snacks throughout the day. It also offered a good breakfast and evening options. The ice cream machine was a treat. I found the buffet breakfast in the lobby to be the best I have ever seen. It included pastries, fruit, an omelette station, and ramen.

I experienced slow check-in service. It was fairly slow even though it was quiet and very late at night.

The pool was very clean. The gym was also clean. A free shuttle bus made getting to Shinjuku station very easy. The hotel provides convenient transportation options.
